Let the rain fall down...
I'm really happy today because I've managed to make an appointment with one client today!! (Wah...didn't I know that I'll use the word 'client') Though it's only one, but it motivated me to really work harder lah!! When I arrived, the main door was locked and no one had the key. Mr Sudeer saw me and invited me to sit with him at a nearby coffee shop first while waiting for someone to get the door. He introduced me to his wife and a new staff...she's doing admin work..About half an hour later,, The door was finally opened..
Just as I got to my table, Mr Sudeer gave me a list of names with their phone numbers to call. Apparently, they call these lists 'leads'...I don't know why..Oh, I got to make that appointment before lunch time so I was really happy....At lunchtime, Ms Nadya brought food for me..Mee goreng..delicioso! Oh..did I tell you that she looks a little like Diana Ross?? Anyways...After lunch, we resumed our work and then at about 3, Mr Ryan asked me to see him...I was scared..I thought he was going to scold me or anything...But..actually he wanted to give me my 'Letter of Appointment'..Sounds big huh? But it's where my pay is stated, the 'dos' and 'don'ts' and etc...At 6, it was GO HOME TIME!!! It's not that I don't like the job but hey...obviously I wanna go home..The MRT was packed again lah....but I like the feeling of rushing for trains and stuff..It's fun to feel 'workish'(this is not a registered word in the dictionary..but in my dictionary..YES!)...I reached home 15 minutes earlier today..
And you know what? It was so silly of me this morning lah...I took the train from Bukit Gombak Station..I wanted to go to Jurong East Station lah..But I took the wrong train instead...Instead of taking the one to Jurong East, I took the one to Marina Bay...What a dumbo! HAHA
Oh..I need to share with you a dream I had last night...In that dream, my mum, yami and her mum were there...I think we were waiting at the taxi stand..I was holding a plastic bag...and then the WIND BLEW ME AWAY..literally...I started to fly...WHEEEEEE...I didn't intend to let go until I see an open field where I can fall freely...It felt so fun that I thought the dream was real...And when I fell, I didn't hurt myself...my feet touched the ground first..And after I landed, the helicopters were flying to rescue me but I told them I'm safe lah...Surprisingly, Calvin and Joel were there too! They were working part time for the helicopter team I think..hehe..
Ok..I guess that's all for today's post..I need my rest..
