The above title has got nothing to do with the post.
It's just something random I came up with.

Here's a quick update:
School was fabulous today.
Went to school earlier than supposed to as I had to print my Feature Writing assignment.
I wrote an article about my doll collecting hobby and how it has changed my life.

We then had an in-class assignment where we had to take on a role of an interviewer and an interviewee.
We then got into pairs and began asking questions.
I had fun playing both roles!
Guess I do have a split personality!

After the class, we had lunch.
I ate chicken which was in 3 different forms.
Go figure.

For the first time during Law lecture, I was falling asleep.
I didn't know why.
Was I too tired from working yesterday?
Or was the lesson just saw boring today?..
Hmm..

When it was time for my DMA lesson, I felt excited yet nervous.
Excited because I get to continue with my editing..
Nervous because I still had a lot of things that needs to be done and I had very little time left!
Fortunately, the class was extended till 6pm today.
And when I showed my edit to Sam, my lecturer, he just said the text was too fast and that he got lost along the way.
I was glad because he didn't say that it had no concept like the last time.
I realise that it's really hard to impress him.
Guess it has to do with his backgrounds in all these media thingy.
That probably made him a little too critical.

Oh,
He also asked the class if we needed holiday jobs and that he has this job offer to act in a new Channel 5 show.
He asked if we wanted to try auditioning for roles.
I don't mind becoming an extra.
I want the money.
And the experience.
HEHEHEHE

After school,
me and Jovis went to the library to discuss our Specialist Dip project.
It's so fun researching on Bollywood stuff.
Bollywood rocks!

I was doing my Law tutorial just now and then blogged at my specialist dip blog.
We recently watched this local film - Eating Air starring that guy from Tiramisu.
It's nice. But it didn't do well in the local film scene.
Sigh.


I'm going for this event on the 9th August! WOOHOO! Can't wait!

i decide...how i live

I would like to begin with an apology to people whom I might've hurt knowingly or unknowingly.
I might have reacted irrationnally in school today.
Let me just say what's on my mind.

The issue about my drastic weight loss have been a talked about thing for some time now. I really appreciate that you guys are concerned about me. Though I have been saying a couple of times how much I want to be thin, I am trying to change now. I am eating more than usual now, am eating greens (mainly kangkong) and doing more weightlifting tasks thanks to work.
I know I might not be as tough as other people but I am working on it.
When I say I have been fat before, I really mean it.

I have been in TAF club when I was in school.
I have been teased about being fat before.
I've been wanting to be thin since 4 years ago.
I thought I would be happier if I were thinner but I don't see myself getting happier.
Sometimes, what I see in myself and what you guys see in me are totally different.
Give me time.
After today, I am definitely going to do something about myself.

I realised I am a problematic person.
I wonder when I will finally find true happiness.
I've been praying for happiness since forever and every year on my birthday.
But it never come true.

And the only reason why I made up all these imaginary characters like Wals and Wally is because I'm trying to fool myself.
And like what almost everyone desires, attention.
Come on, you'll be lying if you don't want attention.

I want to make things clear about why I am always moody on Fridays.
I just feel lonely.
When everybody's laughing at something, I just feel like I don't belong.
And that's when I feel like being alone can sometimes be the best feeling one can ever feel.
So, if I am ever moody on Fridays, just get used to it.
Those long walks from School of Business to McDonald's or Library are actually quite good for lonely people.

I am actually quite tired out.
And I am running out of words to say.

evil is my middle name...

It's been a while since I last blogged about the daily happenings of my life.
The last time I blogged, it was on Thurday right?
Let's see...
I rushed to work on Friday night.
It wasn't so bad.
I didn't do cashiering.
I had to shift the hair dye shelves and boy that was boring and dirty.
I had to remove every single box of hair dye and move the shelves up.
At the same time, people were asking me things.
And I couldn't stand the little kids making noise.
They were running here and there as if Guardian is like the new Disneyland.
But probably for this moment, Guardian is becoming a Disneyland as we're playing High School Musical on radio.
So yeay!
I sang along to every single song and don't get tired of it.
I propose that Guardian sponsor some Hannah Montana event and they play Hannah Montana then!
HEHEHE

On Saturday morning,
I woke up at 6.40am.
Sigh..
it used to be 7.10am.
But now, Aunty Margeret wants us to come at 8am.
Plus, she wants me to learn how to do opening.
I didn't expect this but it turns out that working with Aunty Margaret is quite fun.
We talked about customers, other Guardian stores etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.

I then left the store at 2.30pm to go to Northpoint shopping centre which is all the way in Yishun.
I had to go to the Guardian store there to stamp something and collect stuff.
So I did.
On the way back, I had the urge to get off Somerset station to get CDs.
So I did.


I bought the Click Five Tour Edition album with Bonus DVD! And a Jonas Brothers CD which comes with a free poster!
They are 2 great bands that I like right now!
I bought the CDs cuz I like a couple of songs.

I like Jenny and Empty.
I still haven't heard the rest of the songs in the album yet.
But I'm sure it's gonna rock!

Jonas Brothers
The song S.O.S is nice!
Though the lyrics might sound simple, I like the music.
It's a little Hannah Montana-ish.

Year 3000 was the song that Busted sang.
I prefer Busted's version better.
The Jonas Brothers' version is too clean.

We Got The Party feat. Hannah Montana
This is the same song which is also on Hannah's album.
Only this time, she sings a duet with them.
I still prefer when she sings alone.

So it seems like I only like Jonas Brothers for 1 song right?
But hey, I will listen to the rest of them and learn to enjoy them.

Another day at work today.
I actually left early, 1.30 instead of 4pm.
I had to go to the Guardian store at Jurong East MRT station to print shelf tickets.
It was my first time and boy was I really slow.
I was quite nervous initially but I got over it.

When I was done with it, I walked around POPULAR which is just next door to look for the Gossip Girl book.
I thought of getting the one based on the TV series but they didn't have it.
So..
some other time perhaps.
Right now,
I'm still waiting for my MMR group members to come online for our discussion.
Before this,
I slept from 5 to 7pm.
That was good.
And I helped dye my mum's hair.
Fabulous.

Life has been great?

Running away would be the best thing to do.
It's impossible since there's school, work and everything else.

So...
I can't do anything else...
It's up to you to forgive me or not.

I'm not gonna stop till I reach the top!
Even if it means that someone is going to get hurt...again.

it's just another manic monday...

Here's a quick update:

I came to school in my new pair of top and bottom today.
Along the way to the train station, I suddenly remembered what Ms Peter, my Law lecturer said about wearing bright clothings on Mondays.
OOPS!
A classmate commented that I dressed like Michael Jackson.
Guess it was the combination of Black and White that triggered her thoughts.

Anywhos...
I really love my first lesson on Monday >> Feature Writing!
It's really fun cuz I can really clique with the lecturer!
She rocks!
and she watches Hannah Montana and knows who Miley Cyrus is!
WEEEEE!!!
Afterwards, we had lunch and the queue was so long.
Halfway, I was angry at someone but we're ok now.

We then had our Law lecture.
It's so fun!
And you won't feel the time flying when it's her lecture.
I could sit in the whole theatre the whole day!
and then later we had Digital Media Applications.

The funny thing is...
I would dread going for the lesson because editing to me is just so scary.
But today, I finally cleared my doubts.
Thanks to Sam, the lecturer who's so pro with Final Cut Pro!
And I'm so proud of the simple montage I did as he didn't really say it was bad or anything.
Then I watched the entire pilot episode of "Tiramisu".
Surprisingly when I was watching it today, it is much nicer than watching it on TV, 3years ago.

After school, I saw Hilda at the train station.
She commented on how skinny I am now as compared to years ago.
Oh well.
Then I went to meet Syafiqah at Jurong East library.
We went to eat at Jurong Entertainment Centre and had a great talk.
...went to IMM and got myself this Doraemon back massager.
It's super cute!
And I went to Guardian and bought the Palmolive Anti-Stress shower gel!
Only $4.75!

Great things have to come to an end.
It was really nice seeing one of my best bud today!
And I love her so much!!!
=))

So tomorrow will be another day.
A new day spells new beginnings.
Another chapter in my life will unfold.

tomorrow will be the Theatre Compass' Welcome Party for the newbies!
Time to meet new people, and have loads of fun!

I have a confession...

I think Jo, Leen, Yan and Aqmar are gonna kill me for doing this.
Remember how you guys kept warning me not to spend on Hannah Montana for a while?
Well..
I broke the 'little promise' I made to you guys.

I was out at Jurong Point today after work.
I had to go to the bank and then get things from Popular.
I bought foolscap papers and a PEOPLE magazine as Miley was on the cover.
OMG!
She earns $1 million a week!
DAMN RICH!
Then while I was queueing up, I saw Aqmar who was having his break.
And was getting himself the latest issue of HSM magazine.
I then went to Music Junction to check if the Hannah Montana Concert CD is there but there wasn't.
It's supposed to be out in Asia on May 2.
Not yet I guess.
So I decided to go to Toys'r'us as it has been a while since I last been there.
I was walking along the action figures section when I turned and saw from afar what looked like Hannah Montana dolls.
So I went closer and I was so right.
I couldn't believe my eyes!
They had the latest Hannah dolls!
The ones I've seen on eBay and the ones I've not seen yet!
It was really hard to believe.

I had to get the dolls.
And since I've already had 2 Hannahs and Hannah's friends, I needed to get a Miley doll.
So I got one.
And then I bought the singing Hannah doll.
I couldn't decide between the one where she sings "Make Some Noise" or "Life's What You Make It" as I prefer the latter.
But the outfit for "Make Some Noise" looks so much nicer plus she was in my favourite color : Green!

And now, I'm a officially a Toys'r'us member! YEAY!
And I got the the dolls wrapped just for the fun of it.
Till now,
I've not unwrapped it yet.
When mum asked what I bought, I just said they're presents for myself. PERIOD!

On another note,
I was so glad to see the new poster for HSM3!

But I really love the color.

On the day I turned the big 18...

...I had to work.
Yup.
I was working in the morning.
Sad..
but I did it for the extra money.
I was trying to stay happy the whole time.
I didn't succeed of course.

After work,
I met up with mum and her bf at Lucky Plaze where we had a meal.
And boy I was damn hungry, I had 2 plates of Nasi Ayam Penyet(Smashed Chicken Rice)
SUPER NICE!
Then we went to shop.
I went to my favourite store>>TOPMAN as they were having a 20% off storewide sale.
I got myself a pair of white skinnies and a black top.
I think it is fabulous!
After we shopped,
We sat down at McDonald's and had dessert.
I wanted to make a wish at 8.15pm sharp as that was the time I was born.
But I only got to make a wish half an hour later?
We were at Swensen's and I didn't really get a cake.
I had Ice-cream.
But before that, I had a main course.
And it was Spaghetti Bolognaise.
YUMMY~!!!




I made a few wishes and I made them really quickly as the wax was melting.
And I hope they'll come true.

So..
once again..
HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY TO ME!

the drama didn't really happen

30th April 2008,
I had a performance at the Theatre@Moberly together with the rest of my TC mates.
I was supposed to sing, dance and act but didn't get to do the latter as we were running out of time.
But we had loads of fun.

The night before I turned 18, we went to Orchard to celebrate.
We didn't eat anything fancy.
As I didn't want to spend too much.
We had lunch/dinner at Long John Silver's and then sat at Starbucks to drink.
We sat for about 2 hours?
Took loads of pictures.
The ones you see here are just some of them.
As usual, we talked, laughed, and bitched about people.
We also made a huge discovery about someone.
And I made a huge confession.
What was I thinking?
