i've got nerve

My examinations have finally ended last Thursday. I think I have done my best and the best has yet to come. Went for a job interview along with Hip-hop Mama and Rock Chic' at town area. The pay to me is really attractive and the job sounds fun. I don't want to reveal too much on it but here's the hint: it has to do with photography =X

After the job interview, we went into the Fullerton Hotel. We acted like we were meeting somebody famous and so names like Tobey and Avril came out. Our main purpose of going there was because Jo wanted to see how the toilet was. It was nice of course. You feel posh just being in there.

I did not take much time to relax as it was back to work for me on Friday. I really need to make use of this break to earn as much as I can. Life may be rocky but it still rocks! What can be better than life? I figured that as long as I'm still alive and still able to write you this post, I should live it.

Over the 2 days while I was on my way to work, I've had many inspirations of doing stuff. I am probably going to set up a blog for Wally Blueberry where everything there is just imaginary and made believable. Also, I am going to write a special post here about the good and bad things that I have done for the past few months. All will be revealed! Oh, I am planning to give awards to my friends on the blog. It's just in the name of fun. So, look out for it!

Hannah or High School?

Hola everybody!
I was studying LAW 2 days ago when I got really bored.
I decided to take a break and look at all my collectables.
I realize I collect both Hannah Montana and High School Musical stuff.
But the question is, which show am I a bigger fan of?
You decide!

It all 'Start'-ed back in 2006 when I had to perform for the teachers day concert in my school. Our Drama club president at that time wanted us to do a High School Musical number. It was 'something new' to me. As I did not have cable, I watched the movie via Youtube. From that moment on, I fell in love with the villains of the movie, Ryan and Sharpay.

Now, my love for Hannah began sometime last year. It was the exam period and as usual, I was bored. My secondary school pal, Zakiah and even Jovis have been telling me about this blonde girl on Disney Channel called Hannah Montana and that her songs are really nice. Being the cable-less person that I am, I searched the episodes on Youtube and began watching them religiously. I would watch 5 to 6 episodes a night and would only sleep at around 6 in the morning. Pretty soon, I began humming the tunes of the theme song wherever I go.



I am missing a couple of things from the picture.

Above are the 2 things I bought yesterday.
Miley looks really pretty on the Seventeen magazine cover!
She was really in love with Nick Jonas but they broke up..Awww....
I was so overjoyed when I saw the concert DVD already here in Singapore.
However, it is not the 3D version.
Nevertheless, I could still watch the concert and I enjoyed it so much!
It is really worth the money because you get 3 artists in 1 DVD!
(Hannah Montana>>The Jonas Brothers>>Miley Cyrus)
*I call this the best of 3 worlds!

When you wish you weren't the star

Me in Yami's specs. I don't look like myself. I look some MAT again!

Have you guys been mugging for the exams? Good for you! Cuz I haven't.
I've been working for the last couple of days. I can't complain.

I decided to take a break yesterday and went to meet Yami!
It's been a while since I last saw her. We met at City Hall MRT station and then walked to the ice cream shop where she works at.


This was the delicious ice cream Yami bought for me!
It costs $4.90 for a small bowl.
But it's worth it!
The taste is just so HEAVENLY!
TRY IT!

After that we walked to esplanade just to chill.
We chilled.
Yami brought her doll along and took some photos of him.
And then I tried on her new specs!
I WANT NEW SPECS!
HAHAH

We then walked to Funan The IT Mall to have dinner.
It was nice to sit down and talk about stuff.
=)

Anyways, mum just got back from KL.
She didn't buy a lot of things for me.
But she did buy the Nivea moisturiser I told her to get.
It's like so cheap! It's about RM11+..in Singapore, it's like S$13.90!
DO THE MATH!
And guess what? she bought it from the Guardian in KL!
AHAHHAHA!

High School Musical - The Ice Tour! (*a 150th post special!)

What did you do on the 9th of August?
Did you go down to Marina Bay to watch the parade or the fireworks to celebrate National Day?
Well for me, along with 3 other friends, we had our own celebration at the Singapore Expo Hall 2!
Did we miss out on any fun? You have to see it for yourself!

It was a great night to remember.

Oh, did you know I had to change my batteries during the show cuz I kinda overused them? Thank goodness the souvenir booths people gave me batteries for free!

If you noticed that the later photos were blurry, it's because I didn't know that my camera had a function where it could capture fast moving objects! I only realized it after watching the first half of the show. Pfft~

Oh, I forgot to mention that the show runs from HSM 1, INTERMISSION and then HSM 2.
The photos are all jumbled up.

Hmm..that's it I guess!
