my FIRST entry
The time now is officially 1.47am and this is my very first blog entry...
this is so like WOW for me because I've never EVER created a blog...
Although I've said that I don't like blogging..but I guess, I'm just gonna start anyway...Actually I was inspired to start blogging after reading my friends' blogs...So I guess..blogging can be fun...Oh well..Enough of the intro and stuff..
I guess many of you know me..(that's why you're here)..Since I've finished my exams...I've been jobhunting...I went to MANY places...the most common ones I went too is this company called Recruit Express...I went to their office twice..one for a packers job..and another one for an admin job..well..I didn't get any of it..But I remember before that..way before..I went to this place at Bugis..I saw in the newspaper ad that the pay would be bout 80-120 buckeroos...and so I called them up and went for an interview..when we first came, the manager(or was it the CEO) told us that the job would be like flag day(actually I thought flag day is a day where they raise funds to make flags)..Anyways..me, along with my friends Jays and xDeathNotex went for the 2nd interview at Kembangan Plaza...We had to follow this supervisor and observe her selling(they call it raising funds) $5 postcards to help the needy children..it was hard to convince the people there cuz the cards didn't look 'childish' at all..And you know what? You earn $1 for every card sold..there was no basic pay...So, halfway while observing our supervisor, me and Jays left...xDeathNotex left eventually...
So..I went jobhunting again..and then..to make things short, I got a call from this telemarketing company...they want me to come for training on Monday..the pay's gonna be $4.50 per hour plus sales incentives..the place is at Tanjong Pagar and it's only on Mondays to Fridays..I guess it's ok..I took it..Plus..I went for another interview today..it's for Starhub..I LOVE THAT COMPANY!!! Don't ask me why though..The job's gonna be sales and promoting...This one has no basic pay but I'm taking it anyway..cuz the commission is A LOT!!! Ok ok..I hope I'm not gonna get cheated again..I have to go for the training tomorrow at 4pm..and I'm dragging my friend yami along...
Anyways...I guess I'm gonna stop here for now...I can't wait to blog again...Hope I didn't bore you guys with my VERY long entry...
