Army Daze
This week has been really hectic for me..
Cuz everyday since Monday 16th July, I've been coming home at almost 12am.
As you can see, I've been really busy with the Army Daze production in school.
It turned out to be a huge success =) in my opinion at least..hehehe
Monday and Tuesday, we basically did rehearsals and stuff..
I was involved in the moving of sets..here are the things I had to do:
-Move the beds
-Bring the tables and benches to the set for the Parent Visiting scene
-Bring the tables back
-Bring out the big 'snake' during the jungle scene
-Bring out the table for Lathi's house scene
-Bring the table back
-Bring in the props(guitars, lotions, FHM magazine, slipper, Anything)
-Arrange the beds to its original positions
Ok ok..I bet you guys didn't understand most of that right?..That's becoz you guys weren't there to watch the show! It was awesome..
Well..it might be out on VCD or DVD so..I'm gonna look out for it..=)
Basically, that was what I did as crew.
But I also played Extra or should you say Cameo..
Since somebody lent me an Army Uniform, I became a corporal. HEHEHE
I appeared during the visiting scene and just say Hi to the other actors.
It WAS NOT EASY OK!
Then I re-appeared during the last scene-the bunk scene.
Basically, I was one of the new recruits.
All I did was get up as quickly as possible and just stand straight.
The End.
And then there was curtain call...
We all bowed to the audience..
Cool~
It was my first time having to move the set here and there but I was glad I did alright. =) Well..it was thanks to my other crews as well..YOU GUYS ROCK!
The backstage people too did a wonderful job.
You know how its like being backstage?
Its actually not that bad.
In fact, we had fun backstage.
We had to rush whenever the actors come in because they need to get changed and stuff.
After the show..the smell backstage was simply undescribable..
HAHAHA
They had to get air fresheners because the smell was really bad.
So..the first day of the show was Wednesday. It wasn't that many people.
Thursday was worst I guess..it was pathetic.
Friday was the best. It was almost full house!
The audience were great too.
They laughed at every single joke.
Serious. Even the lamest ones..

AND I'VE GOT THE TICKET TO SEE HER LIVE!
