Confessions of a Teenage Drama Elf!

"I GOT BOTH MY REAL AND ELF EARS PULLED! OUCH!"
Yup..
I woke up at 5.45am today because call time for actors was 7am.
Damn early right?..
Gosh..
I met up with Aq at CCK MRT station as I needed to pass to him the powerbook that needs to be used to edit the movie.
To Aq:
I'm so sorry I had to make you get up so early just to get the powerbook from me..
You rock!
So off I took the train to school.
It was less crowded than usual.
Guess it wasn't really the peak period.
And I realized how many people in the train are also sleepy like me!
And I guess most of them goes through it everyday.

I reached school at 7.01 I think.
I saw Christine and we sat down at FC3 along with a few of the other actors as the clubhouse was locked.
Only around 7.20 did we manage to get in.
I slacked for a while.
And then I changed into my elf costume.
HEHEH
After putting on the makeup, I camwhored!
Yeah!
It's something that I don't usually do when it's me.
But hey, when I get into character, I'm somebody else!
I sat down and waited..
I watched the other actors getting their makeups done..
The girls are obviously more pro at this.
I know nothing about it.
Like DUH!
We left school at around 8.50am.
Same thing like last week..
We had to walk out of the school in our costumes..
AARGHHHHH!!!
We got into the cab and off we went!
The first stop was Chen Su Lan Home at Serangoon Garden(I think...=P)
Our stage was bigger.
The kids were cute!
Some just gets on your nerves but we were told to be in our character so I told them my elf ears were real.
1 girl was so sure it wasn't real that she pulled my real ears.
OUCH!
There were games right after the first performance.
Mine was the second one.
We gave them presents after the show and that was a wrap for Chen Su Lan Home!
While the cast for the first show were on their way home, we packed the props and load them into Wendy's car and made our way to the Cheshire Home which is like 10 mins away from Chen Su Lan.
We went to eat lunch at the Taman Serasi hawker centre(or something..) and I was like "spoilt" for choice.
There was only 1 Malay stall open.
All they had was Roti John.
Cheese and Chicken Roti John.
But hey..
it's the stall that Gurmit and Michelle found for "Our Makan Places:Lost and Found".
Ok..they lied..
It wasn't like the best but it was edible.
And who said there's no free lunch in this world?
Lunch today was sponsored by Wendy!

After lunch, we went back to the Home.
We did our stage blocking.
The stage wasn't really a stage.
The people there reminded me of the time I went to the Cerebral Palsy Centre..except that they're much older.
All of them were on wheelchairs.
It was sad.
We slacked.
I was so sleepy I could barely keep myself awake.
When it was 3.30, our show starts.
We performed.
With some additional changes here and there.
There weren't any laughs or anything.
Probably they didn't even know what the heck we were doing.
But hey..
it's the thought that counts...
And we're doing this for a good cause..
We went back to school after that.
I fell asleep while we were on the way back.
I changed into my normal jeans and wiped off my makeup.
Gosh..
the makeup's worsening my skin..=(
I went home.
I slept from around 7+ till 9.30pm.
I got up just to blog!
HOORAY FOR ME!

Yami and Me ! <3 <3 <3 Love her loads!
The drinks, food and cigarette =)
It was Hari Raya Haji.
I went to the cemetery with my mum together with Jay and her mum.
Before that,
we had breakfast at Jurong Point.
Ok..
nothing important.=P
We visited like 5 graves.(My dad's, her grandmother's, my uncle's, my aunt's and her dad's)
There were quite a lot of people yesterday..
Guess it was because it was Hari Raya..
We then went around Jurong Point to shop.
Well..she did most of the shopping.
All I brought back was facial cotton and shampoo from Guardian(with discount*)
At home,
I decided to sing my heart out!
I sang Malay songs and then English songs.
COOL!
HAAHHA
I love my DVD player!
I pretended it was my concert!
Ok..
I'm kinda weird?..
I was then messaging Yami.
I didn't know why but I missed her too much.
I was crying while I was typing the first sms.
My mum told me that since she's been sick because of her job.
I was sad cuz I've not seen her since she started working.
I went to meet up with her at Bukit Batok.
We sat down, drank(Chrysanthemum Tea*), ate(Van Houten chocolates*), laughed and talked about everything.
It was cool because when I'm with her, I can be myself!
Act silly!
Look stupid!
HAHHA
I went home at around 11.45pm.

I was supposed to have my performance today but it was cancelled at the last minute.
So..
Me, Aq and Jay went to Orchard Road!
We basically went window shopping.
We tested perfumes at Taka which made me feel kinda guilty as the promoter was really nice.
But heck, I wasn't gonna buy because I know I can always go to the shop at Far East and get the same perfume for a cheaper price.
I got like around 10 pieces of perfume strips in the end.
After going around,
We went to eat at Long John Silver's!
Ok..
To me, that's like the cheapest fast food.
Well..
True ain't it??
After that, it was more of going around!
Man..
I wished I have like unlimited cashflow so that I can just buy the clothes that I want.
I love the clothes at Topman.
GORGEOUS!
HEHEH
Hmm..
We then ate Ice-cream at McDonald's and then went home.
It was like close to 8(I think*) and Jay cannot stay out so late.
We took the train home.

Sorry if I kinda like messed up the outing.
I mean...
I was like the lamp post and didn't even see myself.
AARGGHHH!!!
Believe me,
it will never happen again..=)

Tomorrow will be the last day of the performance and then it'll be a wrap!
WOOHOO!
Let's Celebrate!
We can sleep as late as we want to!

And oh..I liked when Wendy used the word "TOUR"..
She said TC is touring as we're doing shows outside of school.
Cool ain't it?
