i'm so in love with two(*A 100th post special)
It's my 100th post and I'm tired.
Tired because I just got back from work and I'm working the whole day again tomorrow.
Was looking forward to seeing YOU but was too little too late.
So..here goes.
Working has been...awesome?
Especially now that it's the festive week.
There's like a lot of people at Guardian everyday..
I had to do cashiering non-stop.
And I'm sick of having to repeat the same thing everyday.
CUSTOMER: Where's the pharmacist?
ME: Our pharmacy has shut down. You have to go to the nearest one at Jurong Point.
I had to like repeat the same line over and over again.
TIRED!
I've learnt a couple of things though.
Like how to do RECEIVING of goods and CLOSING.
But I still need supervision or else things will just go haywire.
I'm better with the things there now.
Ask me what to get if you have diarrhoea(or however u spell it) and I can tell you it's carbon.
And I realize I can give good answers at times.
Like why are the pistachios from USA while the mixed nuts are from Malaysia.
I told the customer:
"Oh, cuz they can't grow pistachios in Asia.."
Makes sense doesn't it?
And at work today,
my Primary 5 social studies teacher came to the store.
She used to be taller than me...way taller.
But now, I'm taller than her.
She told me she's old now and is already a senior citizen.
At that moment, I just felt like breaking down.
I don't know why.
It's kinda sad.
She kinda remembered me as a group member of this other girl's group she remembers.
Oh,
Jay and Iqah if you're reading this...
Do you guys remember that old man who asked for bust enlargement cream?
and he asked in Malay and Me and Jay were like laughing our heads off?
WELL..
he CAME BACK!
And guess what?
He was looking for the same thing again.
And he asked me the same way he did again!
SUPER PAISEHNESS!
AAARGHHHHH!!!
I wanted to laugh lah! but can't obviously.
So that's kinda about it.
Some of the things that happened.
Gosh.
My fearsome team with the exception of BBD are going out later in the day.
I wish I could.
But I can't.
I'm working the whole day again.
And sometimes I just hate it when my mum does not understand if I go out to meet my friends.
Now that I'm working, I can hardly see them.
All I see are neighbourhood people who are not even from MY neighbourhood.
I MISS YOU GUYS!
And since I can't be with you guys later, take care alright =)
Alright.
I'm tired.
