Howdy Dowdy!
How are you guys feeling today?
GOOD? NOT SO GOOD? BAD? NOT TOO BAD?
Alright I'm just wasting space here.
I'm gonna let you guys in on a crazy night last night.
We had the Oops Magazine Lollipop party at Ministry of Sound.
And boy there was a huge turnout!
Gorgeous guys and girls around.
Everybody looked their best.
Except for a few guys who came in shorts.
Hello?
It's not school we're talking about.
It's M-to the-O-to the S!
We had school in the day from 9 to 12 and then we headed home.
My initial plan was too take a nap for an hour or two.
But I got a little distracted and decided to sing into my PS2.
I loved my outfit yesterday.
It's really nice to see my SP mates dressed in fabulous outfits.
It was definitely a night to remember.
The event was supposed to start at 7pm.
But it got delayed as expected.
I was the Floor Crew.
My job is to look out for people who tries to get near the stage and mess things up.
But everyone there were quite well behaved so there wasn't really a need to stop them or anything.
The event started with a rock performance by some unknown people.
They performed 3 songs but I only know the 3rd song they performed
"Sweet Child Of Mine"
And when they told us to sing the chorus,
of course I sang along cuz I KNOW THE SONG!
"OHHHHHHHHH...Sweet child o mine!"
Then there were some games going on.
During that time, me and Aqmar went to hang around with Jov, Leen and Yan who were at the VIP entrance.
Around 8.45, they were allowed to get in and enjoy the rest of the party.
The real fun began when we got to dance!
I didn't care what other people would think and just danced!
But it was quite short.
Cuz by 9.30, they stopped the music and everyone had to leave the place and those above 18 could go back in.
I was so glad to see my TC seniors there.
Sab, Hamidi, Edwin, Charlie...
WOOHOO!
YOU GUYS ROCK!
After a little debrief,
we decided to go for supper as the night was still young.
We wanted to go to McDonald's.
But couldn't find it.
And so decided to splurge on Starbucks Ice Blended.
OMG!
My drink was like uber delicious!
And I bought the Venti size which means Large in whatever language.
We sat, and chat, and took photos till it was close to 12am.
We rushed to the Clarke Quay train station.
I already entered the gate when Lee Yan told me that the last train to Boon Lay from Outram Park is at 11.42pm.
I looked at my phone and it was 11.42pm.
Obviously I wouldn't reach there on time.
Embarrassed, I exited and ran up to the bus stop.
There were a few buses but I saw none going to Redhill.
SO I had no choice but to take the cab home.
That was more or less what happened last night.
