My day out with Mommy!
I'm back to blog!
What did I do today you may ask?
I went to watch HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 3:SENIOR YEAR!
...with my mom!
How cool is that?
I bought tickets to watch the Sing Along screening of the movie. The show began with a performance from 1 of the finalists of "My School Rocks" and then a couple of music videos from High School Musical 1 & 2 followed by a behind-the-scenes featurette on the 3rd instalment. They were also giving away prizes to the most sporting kids. And I shall repeat..KIDS.
I was excited when the emcee said that the show was going to start. Unfortunately, we all had to endure those draggy advertisements(probably about 20 of them) before the show actually began.
Let me give my 2 cents' worth on the movie.
I really enjoyed the song and dance numbers very much. My most favorite scene was of course the one with Ryan and Sharpay. The only thing that I think lacked in the movie was the focus of the film. I thought the prom scene was taken too lightly. Also, the kissing scene between Troy and Gabriella was probably a little too intimate for kids. Sorry if I'm being such a wet blanket here. Nonetheless, the movie moved me especially the last number they performed - High School Musical!
Catch the movie in theatres everywhere!
My mom loved Sharpay so much that she chose to stand next to her.
